• Tooth whitening is also known as tooth whitening.

• Children's deciduous teeth are usually whiter than the permanent teeth that follow.

• With age, permanent teeth often darken due to changes in the mineral structure of the teeth.

• Teeth can also be discolored by bacterial pigments, foods, tobacco, and certain antibiotics and medications (such as tetracycline).

• Many ways to whiten teeth include bleaching strips, bleaching sticks, bleaching gels, laser bleaching, and natural bleaching.

 Home Whitening

• Thin sprints are made by the dentist and given with a bleaching gel such as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. These are used to lighten the color of teeth whitening in Dubai.

• Other home-based methods include whitening strips placed over the anterior teeth.

• Chewing gum, conditioner, toothpaste.

 Office Bleach

• The power bleach procedure is used when light energy accelerates the bleaching process. The whitening effect lasts for several months, but may vary depending on the patient's lifestyle. Factors that reduce whitening include smoking and ingestion of dark liquids such as coffee, tea, and red wine.

Natural Home Helper for Whitening Teeth

 • Drop lemons in a glass of water and rinse with water to help clean your teeth (brushing your teeth with lemon zest will remove tooth enamel. Depressions, enamel wear and can cause severe hypersensitivity).

 • Adding bicarbonate to the brushing water and paste will help whiten your teeth.

• Strawberries taken once a day and mashed potatoes applied to teeth can also be useful as whitening agents.

 • The baking soda used has been a proven method for whitening teeth for many years. Add salt and water to the baking soda. This paste is a  proven true whitening toothpaste.

The discoloration from the inside to the outside of the tooth can be caused by the internal discoloration of dentin. Whitening is ineffective if the patient's teeth are heavily soiled or damaged by tetracycline. There are other ways to whiten your teeth, for example. Adhesion involves applying a thin layer of composite material to the front of a human tooth and curing it with blue light. Veneers can also hide discoloration of teeth.

ADA recommends that you have your teeth examined by a dentist before performing the whitening procedure. The dentist will thoroughly examine the patient. Take a history of health and teeth (including allergies and hypersensitivity). Whitening is not recommended if your teeth are rotten or have gum infections. The bleaching method cannot permanently whiten the teeth and all must be treated repeatedly.

 Tips for clean white teeth

 • Apply brush and dental floss regularly to reduce or prevent stains.  • Try whitening the toothpaste (this can partially whiten the teeth and is not a complete remedy). It is important to use toothpaste that has an ADA or other recognized association approved seal. Few whitening toothpastes have undergone any type of clinical trial. Also, some whitening toothpastes are too abrasive and can damage and sensitize your teeth.
